BUNSCOIL CHRÍOST RÍ MAKE IT TO THE FINAL!!!!!!!!! After a gripping camogie semi final the Bunscoil Chríost Rí girls earned a place in a Sciath na Scol final beating Presentation NS, Milstreet by 6 points. Well done girls! Second Class Active School Tour!  After a busy few weeks for the boys and girls in Second Class it was time to let off a bit of steam! What better way to do it than an Active School Tour in the Mardyke Arena. An enjoyable and active day was had by all!

Active Schools Week 2016! Here’s a few more photos of some of our pupils in Bunscoil Chríost Rí keeping active during this years Active Schools Week. Check out the children taking part in ‘Wake Up Shake Up’ which was carried out every morning! All children were allowed to come to school wearing their favourite jersey

Here in Bunscoil Chríost Rí we have been taking part in a PE Pilot with the Professional Development Service for Teachers. Take a look at a recent workshop below which the teachers and students took part in involving the fundamental movement skills of running!  

Orienteering! Well done to 5th/6th class pupils who did so well at last week’s All-Ireland Orienteering event. Our fifth class boys took pride of place as the best in the country! Keep up the great work everyone! You all did Bunscoil Chríost Rí proud!

Infants Gymnastics! The Junior and Senior Infant boys and girls have been taking part in Gymnastics lessons with Carrigaline Gymnastics Club. They have been working very hard on their hopping, jumping, landing and balancing skills.
