We here in Bunscoil Chríost Rí are very happy and proud to say that we are partnered with several sporting organisations which visit our school throughout the year. In particular Bunscoil Chríost has always been closely linked with our local GAA club, Nemo Rangers. Many of those involved in Nemo Rangers are past pupils of our school and began their sporting careers here. We are very proud and extremely grateful to Nemo for their partnership throughout the years. Best of luck to Nemo Rangers in their upcoming championship! We’ll be cheering you all on from Bunscoil Chríost Rí!
Active Schools week is well under way! We are only on Day 2 and already we have seen so much fun and Physical Activity in Bunscoil Chríost Rí. Gibson and Greaney go for gold!!
Competition was stiff, tensions were high but most importantly the craic was MIGHTY for An Rás Mór recently in Bunscoil Chríóst for Seachtain na Gaeilge. A huge well done to all who took part. A special congratulations to Olivia Gibson and Matthew Greaney who ran at the speed of light to become the newest names to be added to Bunscoil Chríost Rí’s legendary Sonia O’ Sullivan and Anthony O’ Keeffe Trophies!
